Paradiso's Transition to Smart Cashless Event Lockers.

Paradiso, a renowned event venue in Amsterdam, has made an innovative move by replacing its traditional staffed cloakroom with approximately 1,000 smart cashless lockers provided by Olssen. These lockers cater to diverse needs with a range of sizes, allowing visitors to safely store their belongings during events.

Seamless User Experience

Visitors can easily reserve a locker in advance via a link included with their ticket or on-site by scanning a QR code. Both options direct users to the Keynius web app, which is fully customized to reflect Paradiso’s unique brand style. The app does not require any downloads, ensuring quick and easy access.

Payments are processed through online banking, and once completed, a locker is assigned. Lockers can be opened and shared via a button in the web app, with unlimited access throughout the event. This efficient system eliminates the need for long lines, enhancing the flow of people entering and exiting the venue, and improving the overall visitor experience.

Efficient Space Utilization

Designed in collaboration with the venue’s architect, the lockers seamlessly integrate into Paradiso’s aesthetic, featuring slightly protruding doors that highlight their robust structure. A technical plinth extends to the ceiling, preventing items from being placed on top of the lockers, maintaining a tidy appearance.

Despite a limited floor area, Olssen successfully maximized storage capacity by providing as many lockers as possible, ensuring visitors have plenty of secure storage options.
