By using our locker solution for selling or renting out articles and products, you can provide perfect service completely effortlessly to employees, visitors, customers and passers-by. Assigning lockers to users can be fixed (a user has their own locker) or flexible (a user is assigned a locker at a time). You can of course also combine this feature or allow anonymous use of the lockers.

Authentication

With the Keynius locker software you can choose authentication that suits your situation. E.g. via the terminal or on the locker with a card or tag, combination lock, fingerprint, pin code, RFID, QR or barcode, bluetooth (BLE), or via the innovative smartphone app.

Connect / integrate your system (API)

Using the many available APIs, you can easily link your own (user) management system – Magister, Microsoft Active Directory, Exact, Afas, ServiceNow, etc. – with the innovative Keynius cloud software. Central locker management

The management of lockers and users (authentication, authorization, communication) is done centrally via Keynius online. Administrators simply log in via the browser on their PC or laptop.

Payment options

You can choose to have users pay before they can open the locker with an item, or to rent/buy an item on account. This is useful for your employees, for example, if they can order via their account. You can therefore pay you directly, by means of a payment card. payment terminals in the locker wall, or via the Keynius smartphone app.

Manage locker inventory

With the innovative Keynius locker software you always have an overview of which articles or products have been sold or rented out, and therefore what exactly the stock in the lockers is. When returning rented products, you can even have the status entered by the renter, for example in the event of a defect. This way you are always in complete control of the rental process and your items.
