Fixed or flexible
The allocation of lockers to users can be fixed (a user has their own locker) or flexible (a user is assigned one locker at a time). There is also an option to combine this feature or allow anonymous use of the lockers.
Smartphone app
Users can use the Keynius smartphone app (Android and IOS) to perform all common actions such as reserving, claiming, opening, paying and locking a locker.
Authentication
The Keynius locker software allows you to use the locker authentication that best suits your situation. e.g. via a card or tag, combination lock, fingerprint, PIN, RFID, QR or barcode, bluetooth (BLE), or conveniently via the smartphone app.
Linking your system (API)
We have many APIs available to allow you to easily link your own (user) management system - Magister, Microsoft Active Directory, Exact, Afas etc. - with our innovative Keynius cloud software. This allows you to easily use your own data from your HR Department or access control system to manage your lockers.
Central locker management
The management of lockers and users (authentication, authorization, communication) is done centrally via Keynius online. Administrators simply log in via the browser on their PC or laptop.
Payment options
You can choose to have users pay on the spot for using a locker. This can be done by payment terminals on the locker wall, online via the Keynius smartphone app or via your company website.
Book in advance
Allow users to reserve a locker in advance. You can choose to charge a fee or allow them to book the lockers for free. This is a great additional service to offer as users can be sure that they have a locker available.
Safety guaranteed
Olssen offers excellent security, so that locker users can store their personal belongings carefree. The Keynius software also offers, for example, end-to-end encryption. Personal data is not stored.
Report
Your administrators can easily compile and download real-time and historical reports in the online management software, for example about the use of the lockers, stock levels (locker level) and rental administration.
Cloud solution
