Our parcel lockers are versatile and durable, ranging from wooden cabinets for a warm indoor appearance to metal and HPL solutions for robust outdoor use. With options such as solid doors combined with plexiglass doors, we create a solution that perfectly matches the environment and your requirements.

Smartlocking.
Keynius is our smart locking system. Both the software and the locks are developed in-house and are continuously improved based on the many use cases we have gained with this innovative system. For this reason, we are now able to offer a complete and reliable Click & Collect locker solution that has been tested and evaluated in real-life usage scenarios. The system provides multiple configuration options to fully tailor usage to your needs, such as workflows for parcel carriers, employees and customers.
In the event of a power or data outage, the lockers can always be opened via a mechanical emergency release located in the technical compartment at the top of the locker cabinet. Because we use a local cache, the lockers remain available to customers if the data connection is lost. Both features ensure continuity, allowing facility managers to focus on restoring power and data for the entire building.
The Keynius locking system offers, among others, the following features:

Parcel carrier: Selects a locker using a PIN code, RFID or QR code, deposits the parcel and assigns it to a customer or employee.
Employee/customer: Receives a notification, authenticates via app, PIN code or QR code and collects the parcel. Simple, fast and secure.
Administrators can remotely:
- Manage lockers via the online dashboard (web portal) or the Keynius app
- Gain insight into parcel duration, usage and revenue
- Set maximum storage times
- Create or assign parcels for streamlined management and reduced workload for staff
Keynius operates on a highly secure Microsoft Azure platform and is ISO 27001 certified.
Keynius is a SaaS solution, ensuring you always have access to the latest software updates and the most recent security standards. The data of your customers and employees is protected using the latest encryption standards, making the Keynius system fully GDPR compliant.
Service & Support.
After final approval, we create a production drawing for verification. Once approved, the lockers go into production. Our experienced installers place the lockers professionally at the correct location and ensure everything is delivered neatly and ready for use. We also take care of the correct connections and provide on-site training. Would you like the lockers to be delivered during a renovation or across multiple locations at the same time? We are happy to think along and ensure everything runs according to plan.
Our lockers are built to last for many years, and we stand by that quality. That is why we offer a standard 2-year warranty on all our lockers, including hardware and software.
