Our Lockers.
Our pharmacy lockers are designed for indoor use. There is a choice of various materials such as steel, wood, and HPL. On request, we can also supply lockers suitable for outdoor use.
Our lockers are available in all RAL and NCS colours or any combination of both. Whether you prefer sleek, uniform lockers or a variety of colours that match your pharmacy’s branding and interior, the possibilities are endless. The lockers can also be finished with custom printed designs.
Our locker walls can be fully customised. Whether you prefer a robust or luxurious look, you can choose different compartment sizes for larger or smaller prescriptions.
Locker Management.
Keynius is our smart locking system. The software and locks are developed in-house and continuously improved based on numerous use cases of this innovative solution. This allows us to offer a complete and proven locker solution for pharmacies, tested in real-life scenarios. The system provides various options to tailor the usage to your exact needs.
The Keynius locking system can be configured for many different usage scenarios. For dispensing purposes, it offers the following functions:
- Dispensing of medication prescriptions
- Online remote management
- Real-time reporting
- Optional payment integration
- Multiple authentication methods
- Integration with pharmacy information systems
- Fixed and flexible users
- Door control (for access to the room where the lockers are located)
Keynius can be integrated with any pharmacy information system (AIS), such as Pharmacom, Receptlocatie, Loxis, and others. Using existing or custom APIs, we can connect with any platform. This integration is essential for enabling 24/7 secure medication dispensing.
The client receives an email notifying them that their medication is ready, including a QR code and, if applicable, a collection deadline. The client scans the QR code at the locker wall reader, which automatically opens the locker containing the prescription. The client retrieves the medication and closes the locker.
If the locker is located in, for example, the entrance hall and the client arrives after pharmacy closing hours, the QR code can be used to open the door (if the door access option is installed).
The pharmacy assistant creates a prescription for a user in, for example, Pharmacom. The recipient’s email address is mandatory. The prescription receives a barcode, which is scanned by the reader of the Smarty in the locker wall. This action automatically creates the user and prescription in Keynius and assigns an available locker. The medication is placed inside the opened locker. The user then automatically receives an email with a QR code to collect the medication. Once the medication is collected, a notification is sent to Pharmacom.
Keynius operates on a highly secure Microsoft Azure platform and is ISO 27001 certified.

Service & Support.
Once the order is confirmed, the lockers go into production. We coordinate the delivery and installation date. Our experienced technicians professionally install the lockers in the correct location and ensure everything is delivered neatly and ready for use. We also take care of connecting the electronic lockers properly and provide on-site training. Do you need the lockers delivered at a specific time, such as during a renovation or across multiple locations? We’ll gladly work with you to ensure everything goes according to plan.
Our lockers are built to last for many years, and we stand by that. That’s why we offer a standard 2-year warranty on all our lockers.
