Our Lockers.
Our lockers are made of melamine-faced panels (plain or wood decor), with optional Rezign or wood veneer finishes for a premium look. The back can be finished with PET felt or other decorative materials, creating a professional and aesthetic appearance suitable for any office environment.
In addition to our standard colour palette, we can incorporate any finish using veneer, custom wrapping, or printed film to perfectly match your interior design.

Smartlocking.
Keynius is our intelligent locking system. The software and locks are developed entirely in-house and are continuously improved based on real-world use cases. As a result, we can offer a refined and complete locker solution for office environments — tested and optimized for everyday use. The system provides various configuration options, including push or pop to open, and direct door control for a fully tailored experience.
For office use, the locking system offers:

Employees can open their assigned locker by presenting their access card or entering a PIN code — both options can be active simultaneously. Once closed, the locker automatically locks, ensuring convenience and security.
The administrator logs into the online dashboard to configure lockers for fixed or flexible use, monitor locker activity, and open lockers remotely if a colleague forgets their card. This allows efficient, flexible, and secure management across the organization.
Keynius operates on a highly secure Microsoft Azure platform and is ISO 27001 certified.
As a SaaS solution, Keynius ensures continuous access to the latest software updates and security standards. All user data is encrypted using advanced protocols, ensuring full compliance with GDPR requirements.
In case of a power failure, a mechanical emergency opening allows continuous access.
Our Keynius battery locks are cost-effective, require no wiring, and offer operation via PIN code or RFID (one mode active at a time). They are suitable for both fixed and flexible users and can also be retrofitted to existing locker systems.
Service & Support.
Once your order is confirmed, the lockers go into production. We will coordinate the delivery and installation date together with you. Our experienced installers place the lockers professionally in the right position and ensure a clean and ready-to-use installation. If electronic lockers are included, we also handle the correct connection and provide on-site training. Whether delivery takes place during a renovation, holiday period, or across multiple sites — we plan carefully to make sure everything runs on schedule.
Our lockers are built to last for many years — and we stand by that promise. That’s why we offer a standard 2-year warranty on all lockers. Should anything go wrong within that period, we will resolve it quickly and free of charge. Choosing Olssen means choosing reliability. No hassle, no fine print — just solid service.
