Our Lockers.
Our industrial lockers are made of durable steel as standard, but other materials such as HPL are also available. The lockers can be finished with an antibacterial top layer for extra hygiene.
Our industrial lockers are available in all RAL and NCS colours or any combination of these. Whether you prefer sleek uniform lockers or a variety of colours matching your company’s branding and interior, the possibilities are endless. Lockers can also be decorated with custom stickers or designs.
The locker units can be fully customised and equipped with mechanical ventilation, a clothing rail, and a clean/dirty separation. Locker walls can also be extended with shoe compartments or fixed/loose benches. With the smart locker system, the distribution of clean and dirty clothing can be automated efficiently.
Smartlocking.
Keynius is our intelligent locking system. Both the software and hardware are developed in-house and continuously improved based on extensive real-world use cases. This allows us to provide a complete, proven locker solution for industrial environments. The system offers various configuration options to match your needs, including push or pop to open functionality and door-level control.
The Keynius system can be configured to fit the exact workflow of your facility:

Keynius runs on a highly secure Microsoft Azure platform and is ISO 27001 certified. As a SaaS solution, it ensures that your system is always up to date with the latest software and security standards. All user data, whether from employees or visitors, is protected by advanced encryption technologies, making the Keynius system fully GDPR compliant.
Administrators can manage lockers remotely via the mobile app or online portal. Lockers can be easily opened, assigned, or released as needed. The dashboard provides insights into historical and real-time usage, occupancy rates, and usage patterns. Lockers can be assigned to permanent users or dynamically allocated to visitors or rotating staff.
Fixed user: The user presents their card at the terminal or enters a PIN code. The assigned locker opens automatically. In a pop-to-open setup, the locker door opens automatically; in push-to-open mode, the user gently pushes to unlock. When closed, the locker automatically locks again.
Flexible user: The user selects "Claim locker" at the terminal, presents their
RFID card or enters a PIN, and selects a desired duration. A free locker is assigned and can be
opened with the card or PIN. The user can then choose “Open and keep” or “Open and release.” In the
latter case, the locker becomes available for the next user.
In addition to wired locks, we also offer Keynius battery-powered locks. Options include both PIN code and RFID models, operated using staff access cards. These locks work within the same online dashboard, allowing remote management and assignment to both fixed and flexible users.
Service & Support.
Once your order is confirmed, production begins. We coordinate the delivery and installation schedule with you. Our experienced technicians install the lockers professionally and ensure a clean and ready-to-use setup. We also handle the connection of electronic lockers and provide on-site training. Need delivery at a specific moment, during renovations, or across multiple locations? We plan and execute everything according to your schedule.
Our lockers are built to last, and we stand by that promise. That’s why all our industrial lockers come with a standard 5-year warranty.
