Our Lockers.
Our luggage lockers are made of 1.5 mm steel, ideal for intensive daily use and resistant to impact. The lockers are available in extra-wide or deep formats, allowing larger suitcases to be stored safely.
For a more luxurious appearance, we offer lockers made of 12 mm HPL (Trespa) with a high-quality finish such as wood decor or solid colors.
These materials are durable and suitable for indoor use as standard. Optionally, we also offer luggage lockers for outdoor use.
Our cabinets are available in 256 colors and combinations thereof. This allows you to fully match the lockers to your hotel’s interior and brand identity. Whether you prefer a uniform look or a striking design, the possibilities are endless.
Our lockers can be fully customized to your needs. You can choose lockers in various sizes within one locker wall, with depths ranging from 40–85 cm and widths from 30–50 cm. This makes it possible to store both small trolleys and large suitcases. The cabinets can have between 1 and 10 compartments stacked vertically.
Smart Locking.
Keynius is our smart locking system. The software and locks are developed in-house and are continuously improved based on numerous real-life use cases with the innovative system. This allows us to offer a user-friendly and complete locker solution for hotels and hostels, tested and optimized for real-world usage.
The Keynius locking system can be configured for many different use cases. For hotels, it offers the following key features:

In the event of a power or data outage, lockers can always be opened manually via a mechanical emergency system located in the technical compartment at the top of the locker cabinet. Thanks to a local cache, the lockers remain available to guests even if the data connection fails. Both functions ensure continuity, allowing staff to focus on restoring power and connectivity for the hotel as a whole.
Workflow 1 – QR: The user scans the QR code near the lockers, which redirects to the web app. They enter their details, select a locker size and rental duration, and after payment, the locker is ready for use. The locker can be opened via the web app, and access can optionally be shared via WhatsApp.
Workflow 2 – Terminal: The user selects ‘Rent a locker’ at the terminal, chooses a locker size and rental period, and creates a personal PIN code. After payment, the locker is ready for use. By entering the locker number and PIN, the user can access the locker at any time during the rental period.
The lockers can be managed remotely via an online dashboard. You can set prices, open lockers remotely, and generate historical or real-time reports. This gives you insight into peak and off-peak locker usage, allowing for efficient management.
Keynius operates on a highly secure Azure-based platform. As a cloud-based software, Keynius guarantees complete hosting and server maintenance. Your data and that of your guests are protected to the highest standards. Keynius is ISO 27001 certified.
In the event of a power outage, lockers can always be opened via a mechanical emergency release.
