Our Lockers.
Our standard event lockers are made of extra durable steel (1.5 mm) with high-quality locking components, making them ideal for intensive daily use. The doors are overlay-mounted, giving the locker wall a sleek and modern appearance. The cabinet can have either a flat or slanted top — the latter prevents dust and debris from accumulating on top of the lockers.
We can also produce the lockers in wood or HPL for a more premium, high-end look.
Our lockers are available in 256 colors and combinations thereof. Whether you prefer a uniform, sleek look or locker doors in various colors — the possibilities are endless. It’s also possible to apply custom vinyl wrapping with your own design.
Wood and HPL finishes can be enhanced with, for example, a decorative wood veneer or wrap for an elegant appearance.
For event venues, we offer proven standard locker models, as well as custom options. Think of tailor-made wooden cabinets or the option to equip our standard lockers with a custom-built enclosure — for example, one that connects seamlessly to the ceiling.
Smartlocking.
Keynius is our smart locking system. Both the software and locks are developed in-house and continuously improved based on the wide range of use cases we’ve implemented. This allows us to provide a fully tested, refined, and innovative locker solution for event venues, built on real-world experience and user feedback.
The Keynius locking system can be configured for a wide range of use scenarios. For event applications, it offers the following key features:

- Branded web page in your own house style
- Reserve and pay in advance and/or on location
- Financial reporting
- Crowd management
- Historical and real-time reporting
- Marketing opt-in functionality
- Supports both wired and battery-powered locks

Through the online dashboard, you can define rates per event and even per individual locker. For example, you might choose to rent lockers for a fee at a dance event while offering them free of charge during a trade fair.
The system is designed to be extremely user-friendly. Through a link provided with the event ticket, visitors can reserve and pay for a locker in advance — or simply scan a QR code on site. This link leads to the venue’s locker page, where the user selects the locker size and completes the payment. The assigned locker number then appears on screen along with a button to open it. The locker can be accessed as often as needed throughout the event and even shared with others via WhatsApp. When leaving, the user can easily release the locker.
Lockers can be managed remotely through the online dashboard. Administrators can create events, set rates, and even open lockers remotely. The dashboard also provides both historical and real-time reports, offering valuable insights into usage patterns and peak hours.
Keynius operates on a highly secure Microsoft Azure platform. As a cloud-based solution, server hosting and updates are fully managed and safeguarded. Your data — and that of your visitors — is protected according to the highest standards. Keynius is ISO 27001 certified.
In the event of a power outage, lockers can always be opened manually using a mechanical emergency release.
Battery Lockers.
The Keynius battery lock LEO is available in two variants — RFID and PIN code. The key advantage of these locks is that they do not require power or Wi-Fi. For event use, we developed a special version of the PIN code lock designed to function as a standalone locker solution. This allows the smart cloakroom to be installed and operated at virtually any location — the ideal standalone solution for festivals!
The electronic PIN code lock can be configured for various use cases. For event applications, it offers the following functions:

Our lockers with battery locks can easily be connected to existing (wired) systems, enabling temporary expansion of your smart cloakroom when needed.

Users receive a notification in advance and can extend the rental period for an additional fee.

Once the order is confirmed, the lockers move into production. We coordinate the delivery and installation date with you. Our experienced installers place the lockers in the desired location, connect everything, and ensure the site is left neat and clean after completion.
During implementation, we ensure not only a flawless installation but also clear instructions and training for your team. This ensures everyone understands how the Keynius smart system works and how the lockers can be used flexibly. Within no time, your event venue will be fully operational. Of course, we remain available for any questions or additional support afterwards.
With our event lockers, you not only benefit from smart technology and seamless operation but also receive a two-year warranty on the system’s performance. Should you have any questions or issues, our team is ready to provide fast support and service — so you can focus fully on your visitors and the success of your event.
For hire purchase and shared revenue models, Olssen remains responsible for locker maintenance throughout the agreement. The customer is responsible for proper use of the lockers. Any damage or vandalism will be charged accordingly. When purchasing lockers outright, you can opt for a maintenance contract. Naturally, all our lockers are designed for intensive daily use.

We offer several locker types in different sizes. The Pulse (6 compartments) holds approximately 4 coats.
The Pulse with 7 compartments can hold 2 coats per standard compartment, and the XL compartment fits around 3 coats.
The Pulse with 8 compartments offers space for 2 coats in each compartment.
This varies per event and location. The average price is between €2.50 and €6.00.
Our lockers feature quadruple-folded doors and are made of 1.5 mm thick steel. The doors are relatively small, making them nearly impossible to bend.
This makes our lockers extremely robust and suitable for intensive daily use.
