School Lockers

For schools, we offer proven standard locker models as well as fully customised options. Think of custom-built wooden lockers or standard metal lockers with a tailor-made casing and/or wooden panels for additional reinforcement and a warmer look and feel.

The locker software can be easily integrated with student information systems and/or access control platforms such as Magister, Somtoday, or Microsoft Entra. This means administrators do not have to update or manage student data in multiple systems, saving time and reducing administrative overhead.

Students can use a terminal on the locker wall to select an available locker, which will then be assigned to them for a set period. Administrators can also preassign lockers for a term or school year via the online dashboard.

Students open their locker by presenting their school card at the terminal or directly on the door. Depending on the configuration, the door will open automatically (pop to open) or after a gentle push (push to open). Once closed, the locker locks automatically.

Staff can also use assigned lockers, for instance with a mail slot integrated into the door, operated via staff card or terminal access.

Administrators can manage the lockers remotely via the mobile app or online portal. They can open or assign lockers as needed and monitor real-time and historical usage data. Lockers can be configured for long-term assignment to specific users or switched to flexible use for temporary access by students, staff, or visitors.
