Our Lockers.
Our pharmacy lockers are designed for indoor use. There is a choice of various materials such as steel, wood, and HPL. On request, we can also supply lockers suitable for outdoor use.
Our lockers are available in all RAL and NCS colours or any combination of both. Whether you prefer sleek, uniform lockers or a variety of colours that match your pharmacy’s branding and interior, the possibilities are endless. The lockers can also be finished with custom printed designs.
Our locker walls can be fully customised. Whether you prefer a robust or luxurious look, you can choose different compartment sizes for larger or smaller prescriptions.
Smartlocking.
Keynius is our intelligent locking system. The software and locks are developed in-house and continuously optimised based on the many real-world use cases we have implemented with this innovative system. This enables us to offer a comprehensive and proven locker solution for changing rooms. The system provides multiple options to tailor the workflow to your needs, such as “push to open”, “pop to open”, or door control directly at the locker.
The Keynius locking system can be configured for different user scenarios. For changing rooms, it offers the following functions:
- Locker usage settings tailored to your organisation
- Integration with existing management software
- Push-to-open / pop-to-open functionality
- Operation via app, RFID, or PIN code
- Remote online management
- Assign custom access rights (e.g., cleaning staff can access only the laundry compartment)
- Flexible or fixed locker assignment
- Available with both wired and battery-powered locks
- Real-time reports and insights into locker usage
Fixed user: The user holds their card against the terminal or enters their PIN code. The assigned locker opens. With “pop to open”, the door opens automatically; with “push to open”, the user lightly presses the door to open it. After closing, the locker locks automatically.
Flexible user: The user selects “claim locker” at the terminal, scans their card (RFID) or sets a PIN code. They then choose an end time and a free locker. The locker can be opened using their card or code. The user can choose “open and keep” or “open and release” — in the latter case, the locker becomes available again after use.
As an administrator, you can manage the lockers remotely via the mobile app or the online portal. You can open, lock, or assign lockers whenever needed. The dashboard provides usage history and real-time insights. Lockers can be assigned permanently to staff or kept available for flexible users or visitors.
Keynius operates on a highly secure Microsoft Azure platform and is ISO 27001 certified. As a SaaS solution, Keynius ensures you always have the latest software updates and the highest security standards. All employee and visitor data is protected with modern encryption technologies — the system is fully GDPR-compliant.
In addition to wired locks, we also offer battery-powered Keynius locks. You can choose between PIN code and RFID locks that work with employee badges. These locks are managed through the same online dashboard and can be assigned to both fixed and flexible users.
Service & Support.
Once the order is confirmed, the lockers go into production. We coordinate the delivery and installation date with you. Our experienced technicians install the lockers professionally at the desired location and ensure everything is delivered clean and ready for use. We also take care of electronic wiring and system activation on-site, including a brief instruction. Need delivery at a specific moment—during a renovation or across multiple locations at once? We are happy to plan with you to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
Our lockers are built to last — and we guarantee it. That’s why we offer a standard 2-year warranty on all locker units. Should anything go wrong during this period, we will resolve it quickly and free of charge. With Olssen, you choose reliability — no hidden conditions, no hassle, just well-arranged support.
Our lockers require little maintenance and are designed for intensive daily use. Should a problem occur, our experienced and VCA-certified technicians are ready to resolve it quickly.
