Reference Healthclub Jordaan.
At Healthclub Jordaan, we installed 188 electronic lockers from our moisture-resistant LUVIO series. The wooden lockers are equipped with sturdy pin hinges and electronic keypad locks from Keynius. Thanks to shared use with a time limit, the lockers are always efficiently available to visitors. This project was completed by Olssen at Healthclub Jordaan.
Reference Oostergym.
Oostergym once again chose Olssen lockers, this time for their new location, after positive experiences with a previous delivery. We installed 96 wooden lockers equipped with our user-friendly Leo battery locks. Thanks to this solution, athletes no longer need to bring their own padlock. This project was completed by Olssen at Oostergym.

Our lockers for gyms are specifically designed for the humid, intensive environment of fitness changing rooms. Made from durable, moisture-resistant materials such as HPL and powder-coated steel, they are easy to clean and resistant to daily use. Our lockers are available in all RAL and NCS colours, or a combination thereof. Whether you prefer a uniform, sleek look or a striking design that matches your brand identity, it’s all possible. Stickering with your logo or custom design can also be applied.
Every gym is unique. That’s why we offer fully customisable lockers. Various sizes and configurations are available, suitable for small bags or large sports equipment. Optionally, lockers can be fitted with slanted roofs, charging options, specific finishes, and changing room benches (separate or integrated). Our solutions are tailored to your space and requirements, creating a changing room that fits perfectly.
Smartlocking.
Keynius is our intelligent locking system. The software and locks are developed in-house and are continuously improved based on the many use cases we have gathered with this innovative solution. For this reason, we now offer a complete and proven locker solution for gyms, tested and evaluated in real-world situations. The system provides several configuration options to perfectly match your needs, such as push or pop to open.
It includes the following functions:
- Various authentication options: web app, PIN code, QR code, RFID, terminal
- Integration with your membership administration system
- Set time limits
- Fixed or flexible assignment
- Manage and open lockers remotely
- Real-time occupancy insights
The Keynius battery lock LEO is available in two variants — RFID and PIN code. The advantage of these locks is that they require no power or Wi-Fi. The battery lock offers nearly the same functionality as the wired Keynius system, including time limits and remote unlocking. Management is also handled via the online dashboard. Whether you choose RFID or PIN, these battery locks are reliable, stylish, and low maintenance, and can be integrated into existing lockers. They combine flexibility and convenience, making them an excellent choice for gyms and fitness centres that want to offer their visitors something extra.
For a simple and robust budget solution, we offer cylinder locks, padlocks, or mechanical combination locks. These are low maintenance and ideal for gyms seeking a reliable, user-friendly option.
If your members use a membership tag or card, it can be linked to Keynius. Reserving and operating a locker becomes even easier. The user scans the card at the terminal and selects a locker. This locker is assigned for the duration of the visit and automatically released upon leaving or after a set time limit.
If your gym does not use tags, users can set a personal PIN code at the terminal, after which an available locker is assigned. The combination of PIN code and locker number provides access for the duration of the visit.
For LEO battery locks, operation is done directly via the lock on the door.
As an administrator, you can manage smart lockers remotely via the mobile app or online portal. You can easily open and manage lockers when necessary. The dashboard provides insight into locker usage with historical and real-time reports. You can set time limits for locker use, after which the locker is automatically released, ensuring lockers are never unnecessarily occupied.
Keynius runs on a highly secure Microsoft Azure platform and is ISO 27001 certified.
Keynius is a SaaS solution, ensuring you always have the latest software updates and security standards. Your members’ and staff data are protected with the latest encryption technologies, making the Keynius system fully GDPR-compliant.
